Front Desk Overview
Front Desk covers the daily front-office workflow: room planning, in-house guest management, and checked-out guest history. It is the central hub for check-in, check-out, room moves, and quick folio access.
Room Plan
The Room Plan is a calendar-style grid showing all rooms and their occupancy across a date range. Use it to see availability at a glance, create new reservations by clicking on a room/date cell, and navigate to existing reservations.
In-House
The In-House list shows all reservations currently checked in. Use it to find guests, open folios, process check-outs, move rooms, and manage alerts, comments, and messages.
Checked-Out
The Checked-Out list shows all reservations that have been checked out. Use it to review departure history, open folios for post-checkout adjustments, and move reservations back to in-house if a checkout was made in error.
Room & Stay Information
These are not separate screens — they are two field groups on the reservation form (Room Plan cell click, Room Chart, or Reservations → New): Room Information (room, dates, rate) and Stay Information (market, source, purpose of stay, transportation).
