Profiles Overview
Profiles store guest and payer information used in reservations and billing. The PMS supports three profile types:
Individual Profile
Individual Profile stores personal data for guests and contacts used in reservations. It is the most detailed profile type, with three sections: Personal Info, Address, and Travel Documents.
Company Profile
Company Profile stores data for companies used as payers, group organisers, or corporate guests in reservations and billing.
Travel Agent Profile
Travel Agent Profile stores data for travel agents and agencies used in reservations for billing routing and commission tracking.
