Profiles Overview
Profiles store guest and payer information used in reservations and billing. The PMS supports three profile types:
Individual Profile
Individual Profile stores personal data for guests and contacts used in reservations. It is the most detailed profile type, with three sections: Personal Info, Address, and Travel Documents.
Company Profile
Company Profile stores data for companies linked to reservations (e.g. corporate accounts). A reservation has a single generic Company Profile link — the system does not distinguish "payer" vs. "group organiser" roles for it.
Travel Agent Profile
Travel Agent Profile stores data for travel agents and agencies, linkable to a reservation. There is no commission-tracking field on this profile — see the note under IATA Number — and no folio-routing feature targets it directly — see the note under Using in Reservations and Billing.
