Profile Setup
Profile setup includes reference data used in individual, company, and travel agent profiles: preferences, VIP levels, loyalty tiers, titles, languages, nationalities, regions, countries, territories, states, districts, cities, postal codes, and inactive reason.
Preferences
Guest or profile preferences (e.g. bed type, floor, newspaper).
VIP Levels
VIP or loyalty levels used when classifying guests.
Loyalty Tiers
Loyalty program tiers.
Titles
Salutations or titles (e.g. Mr, Ms, Dr).
Languages
Languages offered or stored for profiles.
Nationalities
Nationalities used in profile and reporting.
Regions
Regions (e.g. for address or reporting).
Countries
Countries for address and reporting.
Territories
Territories is a standalone reference list (short code + name). It has no parent link to Country or any other entity in the current system — despite the name suggesting a "territory within a country," there is no country selector anywhere in the create/edit form.
States
States or provinces.
Districts
Districts is a standalone reference list (short code + name). It has no parent link to State or City in the current system — despite the name suggesting a "district within a state or city," there is no state/city selector anywhere in the create/edit form.
Cities
Cities for address.
Postal Codes
Postal or ZIP codes.
Inactive Reason
Reasons for marking a profile or rate inactive.
Visa Types
Visa Types are the categories of visas that guests may hold — for example, Tourist, Business, Transit, Diplomatic. They are stored on individual guest profiles for immigration and reporting purposes.
